My story

I am Rafael Páramo González, Graduate in Gastronomy from the Universidad Anáhuac Querétaro and Le Cordon Bleu México, passionate about world cuisine with a huge passion for Mexican cuisine with my own touch. Since I was young, cooking has been my passion. I love exploring vibrant flavors and traditional techniques, and adding my creativity to every dish I make.

My goal is to share with you not only my favorite recipes, but also the history and secrets behind each dish, product and cultural element of Mexico, connecting it with its gastronomy. I enjoy teaching and passing on my culinary knowledge to inspire others to discover the magic of cooking.
